Khedma 24 App is a new mobile application created for Safadi Foundation. It establishes linkages with potential clients and service providers, who are vocational training students at the Foundation. The main purpose of this application is to expose Safadi Foundation’s graduates to better income generating opportunities and increase their chances of self-employment, particularly amidst the current economic and health crisis and their ramifications.

The services provided by this application are the based on the training courses that the students have attended and graduated from, such as construction, steel structure, plumbing, infant/elderly care, assistant chefs, etc.

Mobile app main features:

► Multi language English and Arabic

► Guest and login users

► Request a service work flow:

1. Select a service and a sub service [if any]

2. Login/Sign up - select/update and enter your address (option to share you live location)

3.  Select available date and time

4. Select available service providers

5. Enter service more description [optional] - apply coupon/reward [if any] and submit

► Track your orders

► For pending and approved order: Chat with the service provider
