Module 1 - Valet Parking Operational Module

► Different users with different authorization level and access

1. Valet interface:

   • Fast login via magnetic card reader

   • Car check in and barcode print

   • Shift summary number of cars

   • Shift summary total cash amount

   • Car retrieval request

   • Car arrival, barcode read and show all car details with options to COLLECT - FREE - BANQUET - POSTED [for hotel use, can be added to the guest's room account]

   • Real time check in cars and cars already retrieved

   • This interface can also be linked to an access control and a barrier

     • Car entry, check card validity and open the barrier

     • Car exit, auto calculates time difference and the amount to be paid            

2. Security interface:

   • Alert for delayed cars

   • Parking entry barcode read, auto capture car image/plate number via an ip cam and save it into the system

   • Parking exit barcode read, auto capture another car image/plate number and save it into the system

   • Parking daily history

   • Real time check in cars, delayed cars and retrieved cars

3. Reception interface: [hotel use]

   • Check all posted requests and collect amount

   • Assign cards to hotel's guests

4. Admin:

   • Manage users

   • Check users' activities/log

   • Manage card types: multi entries - singly entry

   • Parking history

   • Reports and Statistics
